Bought the wrong size wiper blade? Not happy with the fit? Wiper Finders makes returns painless — because you should never be stuck with wipers that don't work for your vehicle.
14-Day No-Hassle Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to return any wiper blade for a full refund. To qualify, the blade must be uninstalled, in its original sealed packaging, and free from any damage. Keep your order confirmation email or packing slip handy as proof of purchase.
Already installed the blade? If it doesn't fit your vehicle despite being listed as compatible, we'll still take it back — that's our Verified Fit Guarantee. Just reach out within 14 days and we'll cover return shipping.
How to Return Your Wiper Blades
- Head to our contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us which blade you're returning (driver side, passenger side, or rear).
- We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Slide the wiper blade back into its original box — these are lightweight and compact, so a standard padded mailer works perfectly. Ship using any trackable method.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package or tuck a note inside.
Refund Processing
Once your returned wiper blade arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days. Money goes straight back to however you paid.
- Credit/debit card: Refund shows up on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refund hits your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault — wrong blade shipped, defective product, or a compatibility mismatch on our end.
Exchanges — Wrong Size? Wrong Position?
Ordered a 22-inch driver side blade but needed a 24-inch? Or grabbed the passenger blade when you needed the rear? No sweat. Contact us through our contact page within 14 days and we'll swap it out for the correct wiper blade. If there's a price difference between positions (e.g. swapping a rear blade for a driver side), we'll charge or refund the difference.
For bundle orders (Front Pair Deal or Complete Set), you can exchange individual blades from the bundle without returning the entire set.
Damaged or Defective Wiper Blades
Rubber cracked on arrival? Blade connector bent in shipping? Streaking right out of the box? Contact us immediately through our contact page — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- Which wiper blade is affected (driver, passenger, or rear)
- Photos showing the defect — close-ups of torn rubber, bent frames, or damaged connectors help us resolve things fast
We'll ship a free replacement blade right away or issue a full refund including return shipping. Your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following wiper blades cannot be returned:
- Installed and used blades: Wiper blades that have been mounted on the vehicle and used in rain or through a car wash cycle, unless they're defective or the wrong fitment.
- Blades with removed or damaged packaging: Since wiper blades are a hygiene-adjacent rubber product, opened blades without original packaging cannot be resold.
These exclusions never apply to defective products or blades we shipped in error. If it's our mistake, you're covered regardless.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven't seen your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email? First, double-check with your bank or card issuer — sometimes refunds take an extra processing cycle. Still nothing? Hit us up through our contact page with your order number and we'll track it down.
