Return & Refund Policy

At Wiper Finders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

14-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip — is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in touch via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Pop your order number in the message.
  2. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and send you detailed postage instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a tracked delivery method.
  4. Include the RMA number on or inside the parcel.

Refund Processing

Once we've received your returned item and checked its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: The refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 working days.

Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? No worries. Get in touch via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't as described, please get in touch straight away via our contact page — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or fault

We'll arrange a free replacement delivery or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items can't be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made products: Items that have been personalised or made to order according to your specifications.
  • Altered products: Items that have been modified, assembled, installed, or altered in any way after delivery.

These exclusions don't apply if the item is faulty or wasn't as described.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, get in touch via our contact page and we'll look into it.
