Return & Refund Policy
At Wiper Finders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip — is required.
How to Start a Return
- Get in touch with us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
- Include the RMA number on or inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Credit/debit card: Refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refund is credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
Need a different size or variant? No bother. Get in touch with us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us straightaway through our contact page — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or fault
We'll arrange a free replacement delivery or a full refund, including any return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made products: Items that have been personalised or made to order according to your specifications.
- Altered products: Items that have been modified, assembled, installed, or altered in any way after delivery.
These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty or was not as described.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, get in touch with us through our contact page and we'll look into it.
