How We Pack Your Wipers
Every wiper blade ships in a slim, reinforced cardboard sleeve that protects the rubber edge and blade frame during transit. Blades are lightweight (most weigh under 300g each), so even a complete set of driver, passenger, and rear blades ships in a single compact package. No oversized boxes, no wasted filler — just your blades, protected and ready to install.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your wipers leave our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from dispatch. Most domestic orders arrive in the lower end of that range. Delivery speed can vary based on your distance from our distribution center and carrier volume during peak seasons.
International Shipping
We ship wiper blades to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Because wiper blades are classified as simple automotive accessories, customs delays are rare — but import duties, fees, and local taxes may apply on arrival. Those charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
Track Your Wiper Blades
Every order gets a tracking number. Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also check order status anytime on our Order Tracking page — just enter your order number and email address.
Delivery Details
Carriers deliver to the address you entered at checkout. Since wiper blade packages are small and lightweight, they typically fit in your mailbox or on your doorstep without issue. If delivery requires a signature or if no one's home, the carrier may leave a notice with pickup or redelivery instructions. Double-check your shipping address before completing your order — a wrong house number can send your wipers on a detour.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Tracking says delivered but no package in sight? Check your mailbox, porch, and any delivery-safe spots around your door — the slim packaging sometimes gets tucked behind other parcels. Still missing? Contact us within 7 days through our contact page and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
If your order is running well past the estimated delivery window, reach out through our contact page. We'll chase it down and either locate your package, send fresh blades, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Package arrived crushed or torn open? Snap a few photos before you open it and contact us immediately through our contact page. We'll ship replacement wiper blades at no cost.
