Wiper Finders offers free shipping on all orders. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times may be longer depending on the destination and local customs processing. Do note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including GST) may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe location or leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbours or your building's management office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days through our contact page and we'll work with the carrier to sort the issue out.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, drop us a message through our contact page. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us straightaway through our contact page. We'll arrange a free replacement.
